LOCAL FLATBED DRIVERS

SHOALS, IN Operations

Shift drivers will begin and end each shift at a designated home location.

Shifts will be established as needed by WVT to meet drivers' and customers' needs.

Normal shifts will be:

1st Shift	5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
2nd Shift	5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

WVT will guarantee at least 50 hours per week, provided driver is available for work during that period of time, or at least 5 of seven days per week.

To maintain status as a full-time driver, shift drivers must maintain a minimum 50-hour workweek schedule. A driver maintaining full-time status will qualify for full-time driver benefits including health insurance, 401k retirement, and paid vacation time.

Shift drivers will be required to run daily time sheets to serve as the source documents for their wages. Weekly time sheets will be submitted no later than Saturday, 12:00 Noon, each week to insure timely payroll.

25 months and up	$13.50

2nd shift Base Rate (0 - 60 Hours Per Week)

0 to 6 months	$12.75
6 months to 12 months	$13.25
12 months to 24 months	$13.75
25 months and up	$14.25

Bonus Rate for Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays

Any hours over 60 in any given week on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday will be compensated at a premium of $2.00 per hour over the base rate.
